The project involved build out and renovation of 75,000 square feet of office space in The Lakeside Square complex, 12377 Merit Drive, Dallas, Texas. The work involved three floors of class “A” office space and a cafeteria.

During my association with Robert Hoover Construction, Inc., Mr. Hoover always conducted his operation in a professional manner, with a positive attitude. I always felt he would go to bat for me if work was not done to our satisfaction. He always provided constructive input to our design and building process and was reasonable when shades of grey were introduced.
